Egg Salad with Parsley Serves: 2


  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chilled
  • ½ cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. freshly chopped dill + more for serving
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Start by adding the hard-boiled eggs to a mixing bowl with the mayonnaise and mustard. Mash.
  2. Add in the freshly chopped dill, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  3. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
