Brussel Sprouts with Prosciutto Serves: 2


  • 1 lb of Brussel Sprouts
  • 5 oz of Prosciutto
  • 2 oz of Blue Cheese⠀
  • 3 tbs of Ghee Butter
  • Garlic powder, salt, pepper, sesame seeds to taste


  1. Preheat a frying pan with ghee butter, add brussel sprouts and fry for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Add water, spices, and simmer for another 8-10 minutes on low heat.
  3. Place the brussel sprouts on the plate and add blue cheese with prosciutto slices. The cheese will start melting, giving the dish a pleasant, delicate taste.
