Yummy Salted Caramel

Preferred Elements is the only company with a quality product. I use it every morning in my coffee and it replaces sugar which is a much better replacement!

I’ve only tried the salted caramel collagen. It tastes great. It has an unusual aroma when i first mix it with my frother, but it dissipates quickly.

Customer service is horrible

Product is excellent but customer service is terrible
My order got lost in mail. Send email and your customer service decided to attack me saying that my order got lost because of me and that if I wanted she cancel my reoccurring orders. She insisted in canceling my orders so much that I end up canceling all my orders. On top I was never offer my money back for the order that got lost instead she insisted it was my fault. Do yourself a favor and hire more customers service employees who care about your business

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Your kind words about the product are highly appreciated. However, you forgot to mention a few facts, and we believe this review would not be objective without them:

1. You were not in the United States and therefore you used a freight-forwarder company to have your orders delivered to your final destination. This was not your first order going to that third-party company address, and we've had shipping-related issues before.
2. Using freight forwarders is against our shipping policy because we cannot ensure transparent tracking of the package, etc, etc. Anyone who would like more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy website page.
3. What you referred to as 'attacks' were indeed multiple attempts to explain our 'freight-forwarders' policy and the reasons why it exists. I carefully read the correspondence, and there was not a single instance when the agent was rude to you. Moreover, the agent offered numerous apologies for the situation, even though the circumstances were clearly out of our control. The agent did not insist that you had to cancel your subscription - instead, she pointed out that you can continue, but because shipping to a third-party commercial address is against our shipping policy, you would be the one ultimately responsible for your shipments. You were offered a choice, but you declined it. You declined it because you wanted to ship your orders YOUR WAY, but still keep OUR COMPANY responsible. Sorry, but we could not continue taking your orders under these unfair terms.

Once again, we are sorry if you felt that our service wasn't good enough for you. Our policies are there for a reason, and this interaction clearly shows how following the policies can help avoid potential issues.
