We process and ship all orders within 1 business day GUARANTEED! In an unlikely event of a delay, we will contact you via email with an explanation and updated ETA.
To accommodate our US customers we offer the following shipping options with FREE Standard Shipping on all orders:

IMPORTANT: While we always send your orders via trackable shipping methods, tracking number does not guarantee successful delivery. We suggest considering Signature Confirmation option because this option will direct the carrier to hand the package personally to you or someone in the household and it will NOT be left unattended. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for your order when it’s marked delivered but not received by you.
We are currently shipping to over 30 countries and regions. In order to see if we can ship to your country, please add desired items to your Shopping Cart and see if your county is available from the respective drop-down menu under Shipping Options before checking out. International shipping rates are calculated automatically as they vary based on the total weight of the purchase and the exact destination. Once your address fields are populated, you can see all available shipping options and their cost before you check out.
IMPORTANT: Delivery to some International Destinations may take up to six weeks or longer. Please check with your local carrier to estimate the time in transit from the USA. While we guarantee that your order is going to be shipped on time, we cannot be responsible for any delivery issues outside of the USA, including delays, non-delivered and lost packages. Sorry, but we are in a different country, and our abilities to investigate such matters from the United States are minimal. We cannot be responsible for your local customs delays and your local customs fees. Please check with your local carrier to see if any charges are going to be due before you finalize your order. In case you can't accept your order because your customs fees are higher than you've anticipated, we will have to wait for the package to return to us (could take another six weeks or longer) and only then we'll be able to process your refund less the shipping cost.
We know how excited you are about your order, so we are doing our best to handle it and ship it out as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, we ask you to do so before it's shipped, preferably within one hour after the order is placed so that we could process a full refund immediately. If the order has shipped and it's already in transit, you can still submit a cancelation request, but we are going to treat it as a Return. We will ask you to return the order back to us, and then we will process a full refund (less shipping cost).
We are so confident you are going to love our products, we have implemented a 60-Days Satisfaction Guarantee program - if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have full 60 days to contact us at email@example.com, write "refund" in the subject line and include your order number with a brief explanation of what went wrong. We will then verify the order, email you the return label (if applicable) and process your refund. Also, we understand there could be many different reasons for returns. Depending on your specific situation we may deduct the shipping cost, but we respect our customers and never insult them with restocking fees.
Please note, in order to receive your refund under our 60-Days Satisfaction Guarantee program, your purchase must have been made directly from us through this website or from one of our authorized marketing partners - Amazon.com, Walmart.com or Jet.com. If you made your purchase through another website or from your local retail store, please contact them directly for all order related issues.
